We recommend booking 24 hours ahead, but we also handle same-day requests. For peak summer dates, earlier is better to lock in your preferred vehicle.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes — free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. After that we may charge a partial fee. Changes (date, time, vehicle) are free until the driver is dispatched.

Where will the driver meet me at Burgas Airport?

Accepted Answer

The driver waits in the arrivals hall holding a name sign. We track your flight, so you don't pay extra for delays.

Question 4

Is the price really fixed?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The quote is final — no meter, no airport surcharges, no luggage fees. The total at booking is what you pay.

What about groups and luggage?

Accepted Answer

We have sedans (up to 4 passengers), large vehicles (up to 6) and minivans (up to 8). Tell us your luggage and we'll suggest the right vehicle.
